Looks like bread pudding made with cake instead of bread.
Do not be afraid to experiment! If you have seen and tasted this recipe then just give it a try. Add ingredients until you are happy with the results.
Start with the cake….add some custard…..a little rum….enough raisins…..now does it look like it needs to be baked? Probably….try 20 minutes at 350.
Whipped cream and chocolate were probably added after it cooled.
Think about the dish and figure out how to make it. It takes a lot of thought but it is not impossible.
